Bargaining Update - Grievances

The Unions
and the Company met today and the discussions focused
on the grievance, mediation and arbitration
procedures. The Unions raised their concerns
about the unreasonable delays in these processes as
well as the difficulties in obtaining information and
records.
Complaints
were expressed about lower level management’s
inability to resolve grievances at their level.
Talks on these subjects will continue.
The parties are scheduled to meet again
tomorrow.
